A Peshwai creations was established by Mr. Dattarey Yemul on 6th December 1993 at Kumthekar Road in a small room. Having good hands-on experience in the retail sector, Mr Dattatrey established the first pillar of this glorious business empire in the heart of Laxmi Road. 

With a negligible amount of publicity and no advertisements from 1993 to 2000, Mr Yemul won the trust of all fellow Punekars solely through word-of-mouth publicity.

After an overwhelming response from the humble Puneri customers, in 2000 Peshwai managed to open its first-ever grand retail outlet in a workspace of 5000 square feet on Kumthekar Road.
